What kind of application is Dermapen?<\/strong><\/h2>

\u00a0<\/strong>It is a micro-needling method that makes hundreds of microscopic punctures on the skin surface with a device with a large number of millimeter needles at its tip, thus initiating the skin’s own natural healing mechanism.<\/p>

How does the Dermapen application work?<\/strong><\/h3>

The aim of this treatment is to restructure the skin by creating a controlled small wound on the skin with minimal epidermal damage. During the application, 250-500 microchannels per 1 cm\u00b2 are created in the upper skin with 0.5-2.5 mm long needles. Each of these opened channels is perceived as a wound on the skin. In order to close these wounds, the skin tries to repair itself by increasing blood circulation in that area and secreting various growth factors.<\/p>

In addition, various vitamins, enzymes and even PRP solution applied to the skin surface during the procedure can be used to be transmitted subcutaneously through these opened microchannels.<\/p>

As a result, the production of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin is triggered and skin regeneration occurs in that area.<\/p>

    Although it varies according to the purpose of the application and the treated area, 2-10 sessions are applied. The interval between two procedures is 1-4 weeks.<\/p>
